for orders placed from November 15 - December 31, 2006.

is our goal. Item(s) shipped by Perfume Bay may be returned for a full
refund or exchange under these conditions:
- Item must
be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same new condition with its
original packaging.

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on items that have been
opened or used unless the product is damaged or
defective.

We do not accept returns on the following items: fashion accessories,
skin care, hair care or makeup products.

Open item(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or damage was the
result of our error.

Returns or Exchanges
must include an RMA number.
We are unable to accept any packages without an RMA
number.

If the original order is over $100 and was shipped Ground, merchandise
returned in full or partial will be assessed a $5.95 shipping charge.
